プロジェクト成功の１２の黄金律

　「世界一わかりやすいプロジェクト・マネジメント」という本に以下のプロジェクト成功の１２の黄金律があるとわかったので，原典に当たるべく，この本（第２版）を買いました。

1. 成果物について合意を得る
2. 最良のチームを育てる
3. しっかりしたプロジェクト計画書を作り、更新を怠らない
4. 本当に必要な資源を判断する
5. 現実的なスケジュールを作る
6. できないことはやらない
7. 常にヒトを大切にする
8. 正式な支援を取り付け、継続して確認する
9. 変更を躊躇しない
10. 現状を周知する
11. 新しいことに挑戦する
12. リーダーとなる

なお，英語では以下のようになっています。
1. Thou shalt gain consensus on project outcomes.
2. Thou shalt build the best team you can.
3. Thou shalt develop a comprehensive, viable plan and keep it up-to date.
4. Thou shalt determine how much stuff you really need to get things done.
5. Thou shalt have a realistic schedule.
6. Thou won’t try to do more than can be done.
7. Thou will remember that people count.
8. Thou will gain the formal and ongoing support of management and stakeholders.
9. Thou must be willing to change.
10. Thou must keep others informed of what you’re up to.
11. Thou must be willing to try new things.
12. Thou must become a leader.
（注）Thouは古い英語の二人称単数(現代英語のyou），shaltはshallの二人称単数現在形でthou shaltはyou shall，「汝，～せよ」という意味です。
